1. About MedPresto

MedPresto is a technology intermediary that provides a queue management platform for clinics and hospitals. We are not a medical provider, hospital, or healthcare institution. We do not employ doctors, provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or prescribe treatments. Our platform facilitates appointment queuing, token management, and communication between clinics and patients.

2. Medical Disclaimer

MedPresto does not provide any medical services. All medical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, and prescriptions are the sole responsibility of the registered clinic and the treating doctor. Patients should direct all medical queries, complaints, and concerns to the clinic or doctor they are visiting. MedPresto bears no liability for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any medical consultation facilitated through this platform.

3. Queue Token Limitations

A queue token represents your position in the doctor's waiting queue. It does not guarantee a specific consultation time. Wait times may vary depending on the doctor's pace, emergency cases, and other operational factors. Tokens may be cancelled or rearranged by the clinic at their discretion.

4. Emergency Disclaimer

MedPresto is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 112 (India Emergency) or visit the nearest hospital immediately. Do not rely on this platform for urgent or life-threatening situations.

5. User Obligations

• Provide accurate personal information (name, phone number) when booking tokens.
• Do not misuse the platform to book multiple tokens, impersonate others, or disrupt clinic operations.
• Comply with clinic rules and etiquette during your visit.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Patient online-payment cancellations and refunds are governed by our Patient Refund & Cancellation Policy. Clinic subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and no-refund rules are governed by our Clinic Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Trial periods are free of charge and do not require payment information.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
